os-bind: Add Responsibel Person Resource Record for zones "RP"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My root domain admin only allows delegation of subdomains if the subdomain has set at least two RP records: https://www.zytrax.com/books/dns/ch8/#types -> rfc1183
Would you please be so kind and add a "RP" Resource Record to the bind plugin UI or let me know how I can add those records to my zones without loosing the UI for regular zone administration?
Describe the solution you'd like Add additional Resource Record "RP" to the bind plugin UI.

- An additional option add custom Resource Records.
- Any other possible workaround?

The easiest option to gain traction is to close this ticket and open a new one using one of our templates.
As a workaround I was able to patch Record.xml to incude OptionValue <RP>RP</RP>
This allowed me to create the required RP zone records.
If you could include this change in the official build it would be awesome!
