I don't think this will work until all 4.19 catalog images have been bootstrapped. Thus far, I believe only redhat-operators has been bootstrapped.
@joelanford Thanks for the insight. From what I was seeing in the e2e errors it looked like there might be operators or catalogs missing that the tests are expecting, so that makes perfect sense.
/hold Please refrain from running retest commands until we're sure the 4.19 catalogs are ready.
