#145 Follow-Up: Use custom auth keychain to fetch Secrets from cache

Follow-up item for operator-framework/catalogd#145: Re: my comment on RBAC about list/watch instead of get, I now see what it is setup that way.

However, would it be possible to use a different auth chain implementation that allows us to provide the credentials ourselves? If it is possible, maybe that's a follow-up optimization we could make?
