Broken link in contributing guidelines

The contributing guidelines suggest to create a new folder under devopera/articles/_drafts but both the path and the link do not exist in the repository. Maybe it has to be replaced with src/_drafts ?

Readme and Contributing files is a bit out of date currently, but they will be fixed soon, thank you.
