Document "how to" make a new sdk

There are certain steps one must go through when making an sdk. let's produce some guidance on what the best way is to adopt open ziti for times where there is no SDK for ${my.favorite.language}

Things to consider:

• how to use ziti
• main features
• how do i maintain feature parity
• how do i contribute the sdk back (and will you adopt it, maintain it etc)
• other considerations?
