The core concepts should cover these itesms

  • Overlay (controller/router/etc)
  • Identity
  • Config / Config Types
  • Services
  • Service Policies

These items are missing and need to be added or this list should replace whatever's there now?

Our config info is split between https://openziti.io/docs/reference/config-types/ and https://openziti.io/docs/learn/core-concepts/config-store/overview, so I've been flipping between those sections to jog my memory about the shape of intercept.v1 and host.v1 configs.

This is a todo for an all-at-once docs overhaul that will be defined at a future date. To clarify, the docs should cover at least, but not limited to, the list of topics in the description.
