Add detailed documentation for Routers

Should have a doc page explaining various types of routers with the following info

• What they do
• How they work
• Differences between the various types (edge, fabric, private edge, wss edge, etc.)

Should also add information detailing the configuration file and what the different sections are for and how each affects the functionality of the router.

** Added the "help wanted" tag in case anyone wants to contribute more on what they'd like to see in the router doc.
