Make zim of OpenStax

Well ideally we should have several zims, depending on subjects: Maths, Science, Social sciences, Humanities, Business and AP.

There are pressbooks version of these that will be easier to scrape. Will get back on this.

To me this is one of the perfect candidate, once the gutenberg2zim scraper will have been made generic (not gutenberg specific), which should be supported.
