[LIGHT] Dimmer

Enhance the light card to give the possibility to handle also dimmer light with sliders

If I can give a vote, this would be N.1 in my request list. My 4 dimmerable lights are waiting OFF (or full ON) for this feature to appear ;)

The bad thing is that if I have a light set to something different from 0% or 100%, it shows with a red exclamation mark and is totally unusable within the app :(

Yeah, you are right! Although you can still send custom frames with the device functionality for now to make it work
