There's been a few minor changes that would be great to get released (or put into an RC at least, in the short-term) but I don't have AppVeyor access to push binaries to NuGet. (cc @cwe1ss @MikeGoldsmith)

In a bigger picture, we should start thinking about what (if anything) we want to get in for a final release in order to make sure the API is stable for an OpenTelemetry bridge.

What's the status here? Is an update still required / useful at this point? I would have time in the next weeks to do a few minor things.
