This PR adds two additional procedures to the DR with OADP docs:

• A procedure about backing up the control plane workload for a hosted cluster on bare metal
• A procedure about restoring a hosted cluster to a new management cluster

It also removes one step from "Restoring a hosted cluster into the same management cluster by using OADP"
