RFE: Enable ansible module openshift_process_module to process templates directly from a URL

Hi team,

Would it make sense to enhance the OpenShift process module to allow processing templates directly from a URL, similar to how the oc process command works?

If you agree this would be a valuable addition, I’d be happy to work on this and submit a PR for review.
