[FEATURE] Maps should support geohex_grid aggregation

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Geo Hex aggregation is not available in Maps

What solution would you like?

OpenSearch Geospatial adds geo hex aggregation in 2.4. OpenSearch Dashboards map should support this aggregation as well.

This will be added once maps and layers are available. See here https://github.com/opensearch-project/geospatial/issues/98 for backend implementation
