Prometheus script which installs and configures everything needed to run the prometheus in the p4vm.

@MehmedGIT I'm seeing this pull request only now. Thanks for your contribution to the INT work. However, the ONOS project does not use GitHub features for code contribution.

Can you please please submit a patch to ONOS using gerrit?
