docker-compose broken in advanced branch

ngsdn-tutorial % docker-compose up --build WARN[0000] The "NGSDN_TOPO_PY" variable is not set. Defaulting to a blank string. Attaching to mininet, onos Error response from daemon: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:380: starting container process caused: exec: "/mininet/": permission denied: unknown

I have tried changing permissions running with sudo, this local environment is Mac OSx.

Same problem in Ubuntu18.04 and Mac OS X.
