Description
Slice configuration should be able to include static flowmods that will be inserted into switches whenever flowvisor connects to them (even if the downstream controller isn't active). This is especially useful for demos where the downstream controller app only knows how to do one thing but you very slightly tweak the topology on it and thus need to enter some static flowmods in order to get traffic where it wants. You can dpctl them, but if FlowVisor HUPs for any reason, it clears those flowmods out of the upstream switch TCAM.
