It'd be great if FlowVisor slices could list multiple controllers, and distinguish between read-only and read-write controllers, for a slice.

Comment by Josh Smift [ 04/Aug/11 ] We talked about this at GEC 11; the idea would be that any action that went to the slice would be sent to all the read-only controllers, and one of the read-write controllers (in some sort of a failover fashion). It'd also be great if the FV admin could specify a list of read-only controllers that should be automatically added to all FV slices, e.g. for monitoring; if that's a sufficiently different feature that it should be a separate JIRA, feel free to split it off (or tell me to :^).
