Spectate function bugged

Describe the bug Start Spectate a Player, when a Player changes his Vehicle and you force it to spectate the Player with the new Vehicle, you just stand in LV (default Spawn in LV i guess), even start Spectate the Player again wont help

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Spectate
2. Let the Spectated Player change his Vehicle
3. You wont Spectate the Player anymore, you spawn in LV and you can walk around but you are still in Spectate mode.

Expected behavior You should see the Player with the new Vehicle like in old OMP Build RC2
