Unknown messagelimit exceeds reason

Describe the bug My network.messages_limit are still default (500), some of players will kicked everytime they cbugging or replacing sprint button to mouse scroll down. I would increaase the messages_limit value but this issue are unusual. As you can see in video, he's cbugging all 7 ammo, but in console said he's sending 538 message in a sec which are very unusual, if i'm able to debug this, how do i?
