Pointing blindly to @master is considered insecure, it is better to have a tag with a SHA, i.e. @a994a876f36e25076174d9ed133e01b1f1b9fcf3 # v0.1. See https://docs.renovatebot.com/upgrade-best-practices/#extends-helperspingithubactiondigests. The last tag was made a while ago so probably due a need one.
