Warning emojis for word counts

I think it'd be useful if a bot's word count comments could carry warning emojis about paper length. E.g. for JOSS, where the word count should not be "significantly longer than 1000 words", we could have :warning: for 1000-2000 words and :rotating_light: for 2000+ or something.

I realise this probably needs to be configurable because different journals will have different maximum word counts.
