8132786: java/security/cert/CertPathValidator/OCSP/AIACheck.java fails intermittently

Hi all,

This is clean backport to fix the test bug which will cause test intermittently fails. Change has been verified locally on linux-x64, test-fix only, no risk.

GHA report test runtime/CompressedOops/CompressedClassPointers.java fails, this fails seems similar to https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8318485. I think this test fails is unrelated to this backport PR.
