CORE-V SDK package for Ubuntu 22.04

Hi @promodkumar-ashling, I am not sure if you are the right person to take care of this issue or not. If not, please assign it back to me.

The latest version of the CORE-V-SDK on downloads.openhwgroup.org is v0.0.0.4. This version cannot run under Ubuntu22.04. Can it be rebuilt for that version?

Hi, @MikeOpenHWGroup We are facing some build errors with the cli_test example project with the latest embecosm toolchain in Ubuntu 22.04. Once this is fixed we will be adding support for this Linux version.

@promodkumar-ashling Will you file an issue on corev-gcc, so we can get the tool chain problem fixed.

Hi @MikeOpenHWGroup We had a build issue with the cli_test project and the latest Ubuntu 22.04 toolchain; the fix has been recently identified, so this will be available with the CORE-V-SDKv0.0.0.6, which will be released early in December.
