Issue when updating geopackage data and tracking change

I'm just doing some tests with QField and I had an offline version of a project and a qfieldcloud version.

I made the change to the offline version, then extracted the geopackage in the cloud version. The transfer to the cloud works and lists that there are two version of the file, the original and newer version. But it doesn't list those as changes.

This mean that I cannot sync the project on my mobile since no changes are listed and it doesn't download the existing (current newer) geopackage for the project.

Changing anything to the geopackage just mean that qfield wants to override the version on the cloud, but does not see it as a change, so nothing can be pushed back on mobile.
