raster-file is not synchroniced

I uploaded a new project from QGIS to the cloud. Project status on qfield cloud is "ok, project synced" but there is one raster-layer (.gpkg, 372 MB), who is not synchronice. ( no problems with vector layers) The file is missing in "files". In "jobs" there is an error message (see attachment).

What is the best way to handle raster files for Qfield cloud? jobs project details
