"Descriptions" instead of "Values" in attribute tables

Hi, We are testing a QField project for bird censuses and I have notice that qfieldcloud saves "Descriptions" instead of "Values" in attribute tables. The original point feature has a form made in QGIS "Drag and Drop Designer" I am not sure if this is a problem of QField Cloud or if it comes from original QGIS Forms edition or configuration. I have found a similar issue in QGIS development: https://github.com/opengisch/QField/issues/31, already fixed if I am not wrong, but not for qfieldcloud image image

Thanks for reporting. Seems problematic. If you prepare an example project to confirm the issue, the fix will come faster :)

You can put it in a .zip archive and upload it on github or drop an email on ivan at opengis dot ch.
