Use As a catalog of educational and courses ressources should follow metadata standard. It should follow the convention for already existing descriptors and have more descriptors available, if needed. See Dublin core standard, https://www.dublincore.org/

Alternative See http://www.lom-fr.fr/index.html, for a metadata initiative with less traction. May be it is good enough to base our alignment with Dublin Core
