Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.

As a course/organization member, I should be able to access to learner detail about the training / organization I manage. First of all, I should be able to see the contract state and the payment schedule state.

Describe the solution you'd like

In the administration dashboard, the learner list should contain a link to go to the learner file view. This view should resume the contract state if there is. Then resume the payment schedule state. Check issue #2318, to get more information about information that should be display here.
