Current behavior

In its dashboard, a learner is currently able to only check its registered credit card and if they are several credit cards, it is able to set a default one.

Expected behavior

A learner should be able to add a new credit card and remove an existing one. To add a new credit card it should use the imprint process of the payment provider.
