Problematic Behavior

On the teacher dashboard, we display at the same time the loading AND an empty placeholder.

Expected behavior/code We should only see the loader, the empty placeholder should be displayed only if the courses request is loaded AND no courses exists.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to http://localhost:8070/en/dashboard/teacher/courses

Environment

  • Richie version: Latest https://github.com/openfun/richie/commit/99bb4afb066b3b7fdb21ef5baea4c28aa96dc7ee
  • Platform: MacOS
