✨(frontend) Learner dashboard - Order/Enrollment listing: fetch all orders

Feature Request

Currently, we only display following order states:

• Draft: order has been created
• Submited: order information have been validated
• Pending: payment has failed but can be retried
• Canceled: has been canceled
• Completed (Validated with generated certificate)
• On going (Validated without generated certificate)

With contract sign coming, we want learners two new state will appear:

• Signature needed: order with contract but without signatures.
• Waiting countersignature: order with contract missing the second signature.
