Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe. Any site should include a cookie notification message that informs the user that the site uses cookies.

Describe the solution you'd like By default Richie should include a default implementation of a basic cookie notification message.

Describe alternatives you've considered Use a similar approach of the web analytics.

Discovery, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy The users when entering the Richie site would acknowledge that the site uses cookies. A simpler approach is to use the cookieconsent2 used by Open Edx (at least until Juniper release).
