Reordering chapters in the documentation

Feature Request

In the documentation, we propose to split the Recipes section into Reference and How to sections.

Reference would contain:

  • Django & React
  • LMS Connection
  • LMS Backends
  • API
    • Course run synchronization

Recipes or How to would contain:

  • Building the frontend
  • i18n
  • Overriding frontend component
  • Connecting Richie and OpenEdX over TLS for development
  • Synchronizing course runs
  • Displaying OpenEdX connection status in Richie
