Add filter course by duration/effort

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe. On one of our sites powered by Richie, the customer is asking to allow filtering by course duration/effort.

Describe the solution you'd like

• [ ] Add duration and effort as fields in the index (should be expressed as ES durations)
• [ ] Add a new filter type to filter that filters by duration ranges
