Remove or migrate elsewhere?

I'm worried that having this outdated/unrelated repo in openforcefield will be confusing to people interest in the initiative. Can we delete it or migrate it elsewhere? @mrshirts @kyleabeauchamp @jchodera ?

(If it can't be deleted, just moving it to one of your groups would probably work well. I would propose making it private but I believe our GitHub plan for this org may not allow private repos.)

Either SGTM.

Github also has an "Archive + read-only" feature in the settings page, so we could possibly add "DEPRECATED" to the name and then archive it.
