make the chain usable by activating ethereum forks right away
I've spent a lot of time figuring out why my contracts won't deploy. The tutorial nor this repository mentioned that you need to manually activate hard forks. Otherwise, the chain is totally unusable with current tooling and compilers. Let's make it easier for the newbies.
