parity sync very slowly

• Fully synchronized: no
• Network: ethereum
• Restarted: yes

My parity always stuck at some block at begin,so I came here to find a way to fix out, I successs.But another problew comes,It sync very very slowly ,12 hours past at least , my cloud serve only cost 27GB bandwith....
