add custom token

e.g. metamask allows to just input the token contract address, a token name - and then it even pulls the number of digits itself.

please add this functionality.

For now, I have simply used the other wallet for that https://github.com/paritytech/parity-ethereum/issues/11223#issue-514892401 it was enough to give the token contract, and then it pulled name, digits, and balance - by itself.
