Shuffling contour

Hi there, I am having issues with cv2.moments(). According to the formula for image moment computation, the ordering of the points in the contour used to calculate the moments should not matter. However, shuffling the contour points and then recomputing the contour's moments leads to wildly different results. Any ideas on why this happens?
