latest cocoapods is missing

I really like to use OpenCV and contrib in my iOS project, but only a very old version of opencv contrib is in cocoapods.

https://cocoapods.org/pods/OpenCV2-contrib contains 3.2.0.1 but this is very old.

Who and where is this cocoapod maintained?
