I2C issue on Inventec D7032Q28b

I get quite a bit of:

i2c i2c-0: sendbytes: NAK bailout.
i2c i2c-0: sendbytes: NAK bailout.

When booting ONIE, and it appears I2C does not work in OS ( SONiC )

Switch is a Inventec D7032Q28... that may or may not be a "b" variant
