Prototype V7 schematic title block errors

Title block shows:

Cannot open file C:\Users\beta\Desktop\TimecardLogo\TIMECARD.jpg.
File does not exist.

Title block shows "*" for sheet number starting with third sheet.

Will leave this as an open known issue, for when we have some time to go back and clean up the Title block templates.
