Add the arm64 version of the 5.4 LTS kernel

Add support for the arm64 version of the 5.4 LTS kernel and modify the build environment so that modules build correctly. Due to a change in how alt-arches are handled in newer kernels, the symlinks to include-prefixes are removed to avoid build errors.
