Can you please post the text and not a screenshot next time? First question - does the file C:\Users\12027\src\cobra\data\mini_cobra.xml exist? You can try that by opening windows Explorer and navigating to the folder "C:\Users\12027\src\cobra\data" If you try opening it via Windows Explorer, what does it look like?
