Import OpenWLANMap data

OpenWLANMap appears moribund and one of its domains went down without warning. If possible, I think it may be a good idea to import the data to this project to ensure it is preserved. Also, OpenWLANMap currently has no functional UnifiedNLP backend so importing the data would make it useful for geolocation.

Sounds like a good proposition, yet currently we're facing some serious man-power issue: The new Android client as well as a re-worked server-stack bind all available ressources.

We may address your proposition later, once new Android client and server stack are ready..
