Upload data via API

Reading https://radiocells.org/ one finds the only way to contribute data to the project is to download the project's specialized app.

Some users don't want to use the app.

Some users have lots of data, but might not even have a cell phone.

Therefore you should also mention how, via an API, users can upload data.

P.S., https://radiocells.org/default/wiki/getting-started needs to be fixed:

Don't forget to enter your openbmap credentials in the settings menu before trying to upload. ~~Maps~~

Currently our API expects the data in openbmap XML format, but I agree that it would be nice to have an API which accepts plain CSV uploads (e.g in opencellid format).

For the time beeing we could include such data manually. In case you've something to share already, please drop us a line at team @ radiocells.org or wish7code @ gmail
