[SUPPORT] Files are not being uploaded over the local network.

I have set up a system on Debian, and everything works fine in the local environment. Files are being uploaded successfully. However, when accessing the web interface using the IP address and trying to upload files, it shows the uploading process, but nothing actually gets uploaded.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue? It is possible that some additional ports need to be opened or some further modifications need to be made.
