Can I use this project for commercial purposes? Actually, I want to create a website that can classify the text whether it is based on GPT-2 model or written by Humans.

According to information from ChatGPT itself yes, you can use the trained model offline on your machines at will, as long as it is not a morally or ethically wrong issue.
