Add Searchium datastore support

This adds support for the Searchium cloud platform. Searchium is a vector search accelerator based on in-memory compute APU (Associative Processing Unit) Searchium makes it easy to scale seamlessly to billions of vectors. Searchium is based on the first purpose-built accelerator for vector databases, to enable high-throughput, fast and scalable search.
