This kind of hierarchical documentation is completely useless. There is no chance of finding anything by browsing that kind of documentation.

From your message it's not entirely clear to us how and why you think a hierarchical documentation is not helpful and what other kind of architecture you think would be better? Please understand that reworking the information architecture of a website is not an easy task but we are open to hear suggestions how we can improve incrementally!
Final Note: "completely useless" is a strong wording that readers might interpret very negatively and be offended by it. As a non-native English speaker, I understand that it is sometimes hard to choose the right words. I can recommend "is not helping me to find what I was looking for" or "could not provide me with the value I was expecting"

Can you point out where I sound stressed out, because I don't feel that way, thank you for considering that. As said above, what you can do for me is help me understand why you think that you can not find anything by browsing our documentation.
